Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully authorised. Orders are generally not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Processing may take longer during promotional periods, public holidays, inventory checks or periods of unusually high demand.

Address and Regional Limitations
Some remote islands, military addresses, PO boxes, freight-forwarding addresses, overseas territories or locations outside standard carrier service areas may not be eligible for delivery.
The final list of available countries and regions is displayed during checkout. If a country or region cannot be selected at checkout, we are currently unable to ship to that destination.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel delivery to an address that is unsupported by our shipping carriers, subject to elevated fraud risk, affected by trade restrictions or otherwise unavailable for operational or legal reasons.
Tracking Information
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent by email after dispatch. Tracking information may require several business days to update after the shipping label has been created.
Address Accuracy
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including the recipient’s name, apartment or unit number, street address, city, state or region, postal code, country and telephone number.
We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery or additional costs caused by incomplete or inaccurate customer-provided information.
Delivery Delays
Delivery may be delayed by customs inspections, severe weather, carrier disruptions, public holidays, local delivery conditions, security checks, incorrect addresses or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, taxes or handling charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated during checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows no meaningful update for an extended period, contact us at support@virelleclothings.com. We may ask the carrier to investigate.
If tracking shows that a parcel was delivered but cannot be located, customers should first check the delivery address, household members, neighbours, reception areas and the local carrier office.
Sanctioned Countries and Restricted Regions
Due to applicable international sanctions, export control regulations, trade restrictions, and compliance requirements, we do not offer shipping, sales, or services to certain sanctioned countries, territories, or restricted regions.
Restricted destinations include, but are not limited to: Iran, Syria, North Korea, Cuba, Russia, Belarus, Venezuela, Myanmar, Haiti, Somalia, Yemen, Zimbabwe, Libya, the Central African Republic, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, as well as the Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson regions of Ukraine.
Orders placed from, shipped to, or associated with any restricted country, territory, or region may be cancelled at our sole discretion. If we determine that an order may violate applicable sanctions, export control laws, or payment compliance requirements, we reserve the right to refuse service, cancel the order, and issue a refund where applicable.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their purchase and delivery address comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and trade restrictions. We may update this restricted destination policy from time to time to remain compliant with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
